Flange Fitting
PPR flange fittings are durable, heat-resistant components used to connect large-diameter (typically 20mm–160mm+) PPR pipes to valves, pumps, or other piping materials using bolted, detachable joints. These fittings, often comprising a flange adapter (socket) and a metal or plastic backing ring, are crucial for high-pressure, hot and cold water systems.

Pipe End (Long Neck) Flange Socket
This flange provides a long neck for better stress distribution. It ensures strong connection and reduces pipe strain. Suitable for critical applications.

Blind Flange
A Blind Flange is used to close the end of a pipeline or vessel. It allows easy inspection and maintenance access. Designed for high strength sealing.

25. Flange Slip-On (Plastic)
A Plastic Slip-On Flange provides corrosion-resistant pipe connection. It is lightweight and easy to install. Ideal for non-metallic piping systems.

Flange Slip-On (MS)
A Mild Steel Slip-On Flange slides over the pipe and is welded in place. It provides strong connection and alignment. Suitable for high-pressure systems.

Flange Silicon MS
Silicon MS flange combines silicone sealing with mild steel support, ensuring high durability and leak-proof connections.

PPR Flange with MS Ring
This fitting combines PPR flange with a mild steel (MS) ring to provide extra strength and rigidity in pipeline connections.

Flange Silicon Plastic
Silicon plastic flanges provide sealing and flexibility between pipe connections, preventing leakage and ensuring durability.
PPR Flange Socket
PPR Flange Sockets are used for connecting pipes with flanged systems, allowing easy assembly and disassembly in industrial setups.
